Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Zaatar Tech works to make this website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. The site aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 at level AA.

What we've done

The site supports full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators, includes a skip-to-content link, uses semantic markup and ARIA labels for assistive technology, provides text alternatives for meaningful images and animations, respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference, and works in both Hebrew and English, including right-to-left layout.

The accessibility widget

The accessibility button on every page lets you enlarge text, increase line and letter spacing, switch to a readable font, change the color scheme (high contrast, light, or monochrome), highlight links and headings, enlarge the cursor, stop animations, hide images, and turn on a reading guide. Your choices are saved on your device only, for future visits.

Known limitations

Some decorative illustrations and animations may not be fully described in text, and short labels inside the illustrations appear in English only. If you run into a page or feature that is hard to use, we want to know and will fix what we can.

Testing and maintenance

Accessibility is checked as part of our development process, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader spot checks. This statement is reviewed and updated whenever the site changes materially.
